Well first of all the package came extremely dirty. It left marks on my rug from filth showing that the box probably had been sitting in a dirty warehouse for a long time. Once I opened the package I was stuck with thousands of pieces of styrofoam all over my floor. No big deal on that a vacuum took care of it with no problem. It is fairly easy to assemble and looks good from a distance. The closer you get the worse it looks. Some of the tiles came chipped and the finished product is an uneven table with gaps. The table would have been great if the top had been preassembled without gaps and glued down, instead you get a loose tile table that doesn't reach it's full potential for looks. I do like its large size and sturdiness it's just the details that were looked over.

I purchased this table to match similar end tables bought a few years ago at the now out-of-business Levitz. The photo shows the slate tiles as large with different colors. The table I received has smaller tiles and they are all very dark brown -- nothing like this photo. I will now have to try to sell locally on Craig's List to recoup some of the money wasted on this purchase.
